Larry Kinney,
Owner/Broker In the process of selling our dairy farm
outside of Hamilton,
Texas in 1974, I became interested in real estate. I
attended college in Stephenville and Waco and received my
Broker's license. I have been actively
involved in the
real estate industry |
|
|
since 1982 when I
first owned an office in Cranfills Gap. I ran a successful
one-man real estate business for over 20 years. I have
been a resident of Hamilton County since 1947, except for 2
years of active duty in the U.S. Army. My wife, Darla, a
recently retired school teacher and I own the family farm that I
moved to with my family when I was 2 years old. We reared
our 3 children, two sons and a daughter, on the farm. Now
our grandchildren look forward to coming to the farm where we
raise beef cattle.
I have been closely associated with Bosque County all of my life
having gone to school and graduating from Cranfills Gap High
School. I have been actively involved in my church serving
as congregational president, deacon, trustee and Sunday school
teacher. Community involvement includes Cranfills Gap
Chamber of Commerce President, Chamber of Commerce Director,
Septemberfest Committee, School-Community Awareness Committee
and a contributing supporter of the First Responders and the Gap
Youth Support Group.
I strongly believe in the benefits of the rural life, and will
work diligently for you in finding that special piece of
paradise-just for you! Working with the Farm & Ranch Team,
I feel we are also specializing in country living! |

properties in and around beautiful
Bosque County.
I moved to the Clifton area in 1967 and have never wanted to
leave. The beauty of the area and the wonderful people make
quality of life in Bosque County a sure thing.
My agricultural background as a Vo-Ag Teacher for 30 years will
be an aid as together we seek to identify soil types, livestock
suited for the area, local contractors, an adjoining neighbors.
As a ranches myself in the area, I can give prospective buyers a
true picture of what they can expect.
My educational background includes both a bachelors and a
master's degree from Texas A&M University. I began actively
working in real estate in 1990 after my retirement from teaching
in the Clifton ISD.
It is my strong belief that 'we live to serve', and my
involvement with community and church activities hopefully
demonstrates this belief.
Come in and meet me, and we'll go to the Dairy Queen and have
coffee with the 'locals' before we begin our search for just the
right property for you. |

Joe Casstevens,
Associate My name is Joe Casstevens and I am a real estate agent for
Bosque County Properties/Texas Brand Land Company |

in
Clifton. The Casstevens' are an old pioneer Johnson County, Texas family.
I am a member of the Sons of the Republic of Texas as my
ancestors were in Texas before statehood. My wife and I
have two grown daughters, both married to good Texas boys - one
on the farm and one in Houston.
Riding rough stock as a youngster, it was natural for me to
attend Tarleton State College as a member of their early rodeo
team. I finally got serous and received a Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Economics from North Texas State University in Denton.
I still enjoy watching great young cowboys compete.
For over 30 years I worked in sales and management for two
different national/international Industrial Distribution
companies that strived to represent honesty, integrity and
businesses ethics. I am fortunate that those same
qualities are assured with the people at Bosque County
Properties and Texas Brand Land Company. Should you need
help with locating land, selling or buying property, financing
suggestions or any real estate services, I look forward to
working with you. |
